Favorite Food (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack)
2 eggs over-easy, a big crispy hash brown, perfectly cooked thick sliced beacon (lots), two fluffy pancakes (with lots of butter and real syrup), and a frosty glass of cold whole milk to wash it all down!
I have recently been enjoying oatmeal. If you knew me when I was a kid this would surprise you. There was no way I would be jamming on some oatmeal, but I now find that if I put some crunchy oats, honey, and fruit in my oatmeal it is delicious and it satisfies me for a good portion of the day.
Udon noodles in beef broth with thickly sliced mushrooms and green onion, topped with a slightly passed “soft” boiled egg, and a few panko covered fried shrimp on the side (and if I am really hungry add a small bowl of perfectly cooked sticky rice with sriracha mayo and sliced avocado on top) !!!
Usually whatever is easy, but I do like to have cucumbers with soy sauce and vinegar. It is nutty and crunchy and cool. I enjoy it also because it is easy to make and fills me up.
Mild curry rice with thin strips of fried chicken… and lots of it! (* a plus would be to have some melon soda to wash it all down)
Almost anything with Rice and I can always eat spaghetti… or just Popcorn : )
Either lots of creamy peanut butter with a large sliced sweet apple or a ziplock bag full of my mom’s chocolate chip cookies and a wide-mouth ceramic cup (having been chilled in the freezer for an hour or two) full of whole milk… MMmmmm!
Cheez-its or banana chips or pumpkins seeds, but above all else popcorn. Not that popcorn with butter I am talking about the one that comes in the plastic bag that you can pop on the stove. Delicious!
